We are the Hub Cluster, a group of 8 Churches from the DeKalb District in the Northern Illinois Conference. We have been doing missions together for 2 !/2 years. Our core group has been to the Gulf coast doing rebuilding 4 times and now to Iowa this summer. We want to thank Pastor Sheryl and the St. Paul UMC of Waterloo Ia. for their great hospitality and generosity towards us when we stayed there. We loved Wed. fellowship and worshipping with them on Sunday and also appreciated the way they included us in their worship. As a group we were especially impressed with the organized way we were handled. Pastor Sheryl kept us up to date on all developments and made sure we had contact people before we arrived. She lined us up with Samaritan's Purse who had plenty of work sites for us to stay busy the entire week. This was a great experience for our group and we hope to return to work and renew our Iowa friendship.
