
Worship is at 9:00 a.m. Sunday mornings.
Fellowship follows the service.
Sunday School Classes are at 10:30 a.m.
Sunday School opportunities include a class for Preschool through Grade 4, a youth class for grades 5 - 12, and Janice Holmes teaches a class for adults.


Are there ideas out there for yet another adult class, discussion group or Bible study? There is room to grow one--Sunday mornings, or another day or evening mid-week--see Pastor Sheryl to express your interest...
First Wednesday of every month is 5:30pm supper
(free-will offering, arrive any time), and
6:30-7:15pm Casual Worship. ALL WELCOME!

We are so happy to host volunteers in the aftermath of the BIG Storms and Floods of 2008, and then again in the aftermath of serious flooding Summer 2010. If you are interested in that topic, click DIRECTLY on the words Storms 2008, or on one of several sub-topics showing many of the wonderful folks who have been through here this summer!
We also have been delighted to host Habitat for Humanity and Students Today, Leaders Tomorrow groups for several years.
There are many other great things going on in ministry here.
First Sundays of the month we have Holy Communion, open to all who look to Jesus Christ as Messiah.
The 1st Wednesday Worship continues with a 5:30pm meal and 6:30-7:15 casual worship.
TMAC = Tuesday Mornings At Church--come for coffee & treats, fellowship, prayer and service as you are able at 9am. Join us at 9:40 a.m. when TMAC reads with students from Carver Academy. We are always looking for volunteers. For more information call, Tina Evans Dykstra, at (319) 504-2240.
United Methodist Women meet the Second Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
United Methodist Men-Men's Club meets the Third Wednesday at 6:00--bring $6 for supper, served by one of the Women's Circles.
